Simply AutoWorks โ€“ Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, Shipping and Warranties


โฑ๏ธ Cancellations

  • Orders must be canceled within 30 minutes of placing.
  • A 5% fee applies for credit/debit card & PayPal orders.
  • An 8% fee applies for Shop Pay Installments.
  • Custom/built-to-order products cannot be canceled once production begins.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Returns

  • Must be requested within 1โ€“2 days of delivery.
  • Item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
  • Must include proof of purchase + photos of the item.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • โŒ Returns are not accepted if the wrong part was ordered. Please confirm fitment before buying.

  • Custom/built-to-order products
  • Software licenses & calibration files
  • Electrical items (tuners, sensors, modules)
  • Air filters & consumables
  • Discounted/clearance items
  • Gift cards

๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

  • Processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refund issued to the original payment method.
  • Bank/credit card processing times may vary.

๐Ÿšš Shipping

  • In-stock items ship within 2โ€“3 business days.
  • Tracking number provided within 1 business day of shipment.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Warranties

  • Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
  • Simply AutoWorks will assist with documentation, but final approval is at the manufacturerโ€™s discretion.
