Simply AutoWorks โ Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, Shipping and Warranties
โฑ๏ธ Cancellations
- Orders must be canceled within 30 minutes of placing.
- A 5% fee applies for credit/debit card & PayPal orders.
- An 8% fee applies for Shop Pay Installments.
- Custom/built-to-order products cannot be canceled once production begins.
๐ฆ Returns
- Must be requested within 1โ2 days of delivery.
- Item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Must include proof of purchase + photos of the item.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- โ Returns are not accepted if the wrong part was ordered. Please confirm fitment before buying.

- Custom/built-to-order products
- Software licenses & calibration files
- Electrical items (tuners, sensors, modules)
- Air filters & consumables
- Discounted/clearance items
- Gift cards
๐ณ Refunds
- Processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refund issued to the original payment method.
- Bank/credit card processing times may vary.
๐ Shipping
- In-stock items ship within 2โ3 business days.
- Tracking number provided within 1 business day of shipment.
๐ ๏ธ Warranties
- Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.
- Simply AutoWorks will assist with documentation, but final approval is at the manufacturerโs discretion.
