Standard safety procedures and precautions (including the use of safety goggles, proper tools, and equipment) should be followed at all times to reduce the risk of personal injury, property damage, or unsafe vehicle operation.

Although Simply AutoWorks strives to provide accurate and reliable information, no warranty (express or implied) is made as to its accuracy or completeness. Specifically, no warranty of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose is made or implied. Simply AutoWorks, its
owners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any damages—direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential—arising from the use of the information,
materials, or products purchased from this site.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing or installing aftermarket performance products, you acknowledge that modifications may alter your vehicle from its original design, and Simply AutoWorks is not responsible for compliance with
emissions, safety, or regulatory requirements.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Simply AutoWorks does not sell, rent, or share personal customer information with any outside parties.

• All personal information is collected solely to process orders and improve
  customer service.
• Sensitive data, such as payment information, is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

RETURN POLICY

Timeframe

• Returns must be initiated within 1–2 days of delivery.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be new, unused, and uninstalled.
• Original packaging and all included materials must be returned.
• Proof of purchase AND clear photos of the item/items are required for approval.
• Returns will not be accepted if the customer ordered the wrong part.
• Please verify fitment for your vehicle before purchasing.

Restocking Fee

• All returnable items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including (but not
limited to):

• Custom or built-to-order products
• Software licenses & calibration files
• Electrical items (tuners, sensors, electronic modules)
• Air filters and other consumable parts
• Discounted/clearance items and gift cards

Always check the manufacturer’s return policy before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

ORDER HANDLING & SHIPPING

• In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days.
• Tracking numbers are provided within 1 business day of shipment.

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders must be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
• Orders paid with credit/debit cards or PayPal may be subject to a 5% merchant processing fee.
• Orders paid with Shop Pay installments may be subject to an 8% fee.
• Built-to-order or custom products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
• If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and provide the option to wait or cancel without penalty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

Simply AutoWorks is not responsible for manufacturer warranty claims. Please contact the product manufacturer directly regarding
warranty coverage.

We will assist with documentation where possible, but final approval is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
